At Lido Supplies, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our Refund/Return Policy below.

1. Return Period

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@lidosupplies.com to notify us of your intent to return the item within the 3-day return period.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

6. Warranty
